About Me

“I believe storytelling can change the world!”

As a very chatty kid, my father often joked about how amazing it’d be if I got paid for talking since I was constantly weaving tales and telling stories. Years later, this joke became my reality!

I am a tri-lingual Multimedia Storyteller, Voice Over Artist, Spokenword Poet, Social Advocate, and Travel vlogger. Leveraging audio-visual storytelling to create new narratives for sustainable development while travel vlogging to showcase the inherent beauty in diversity.

Being a Voice Artist, I enjoy bringing words to life and delivering professionally finished audio files that meet client requirements in Neutral/ Transatlantic English accent, African English accent, Pidgin Nigerian English, and Hausa.

My efforts in the voice-over industry won me “Best Documentary Performance” award in the Africa Podcast and Voice Awards APVA 2022 and and ‘Outstanding Spoken Word – Best African Voiceover’ category for the 9th annual Voice Arts® Awards by the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences. ALIMA – The Alliance for International Medical Action’s#WeAreTheSolution campaign, which I did in the English VoiceOver was nominated in Storytelling and Animation categories in Shorty Impact Awards.

My passion for creating new narratives of youth inclusion, female empowerment, interfaith and intercultural harmony through storytelling via audio-visual media campaigns has seen me partner with local and international organisations to champion causes relating to youth inclusion, girl’s and women’s rights, food systems and other social concerns

While documenting my travels through Nigeria’s geopolitical zones to showcase the inherent beauty in diversity on my vlog, I recently got awarded Tourism Personality of the 3rd Quarter of 2021 by Let’s Go Nigeria for contributions to community resilience and inclusive grassroots development.

I have experience working in multi-disciplinary and diverse teams to contribute my knowledge and perspective to the numerous dialogues aimed at driving development through creativity in 2023 as UNICEF #OurFuturePledge campaign ambassador and joining the Africa Alpbach Network as a board member. In 2022 I was an Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Leadership Mentee, and a Scholarship recipient for the European Forum Alpbach’s Festival of Ideas in Austria.

In 2021, I was Global Ambassador and Rockefeller Foundation Youth Voice Awards Judge for the Videos for Change Competition, Advisory Council Member for FoodXFilm Festival at the World Food Forum. Years before, I was a Global Youth Partner for Wellbeing Women Africa amongst others.
